March 22 2009 at 5:20pm Engine 415 was dispatched for an odor of smoke in a town house and arrived to find a large volume of fire  coming from the front and rear doors

"A" Shift 

 June 25 2009 at 5:50 am  E415 responded for an outside fire at Chantilly High School.   Upon arrival the engine company found the ticket building for the football field  fully involved.  The fire was extinguished with in a few minutes.  The structure was a total loss.

Nov 6th 2009, Engine and Medic 415 respond  to an accident involving an SUV and a tow truck  on Stringfellow Rd at Blueberry Ln.

Nov 15th 2009  BOX 1500  Metrotech Dr.     Engine and Medic 415 respond to a fire in a strip shopping center.    Upon arrival smoke is showing from the rear of the structure and there is smoke in four of the occupancies.   The crew of E415 forces entry and advances a 1 3/4"  line into the structure.   The fire is located in a storage and preparation area of a florist shop.  It is quickly extinguished.

December 11 2009   Engine & Medic 415 along with Medic 438, Rescue 421 and BC403 respond to an accident with entrapment on Rt 28 & Westfields Blvd.

"A"  Shift   December 26th 2009  Engine 415 and Medic 436  respond for  and accident on the Fairfax County Parkway  at Franklin Farm Rd.   The driver lost control  slid off the road and hit a guard rail.  There is approximately four feet of guard rail inside the car.
